What data we process

Visitors: the server logs the IP address, browser, date and page requested. You do not need to register to use the directory.

Businesses with an account: email, company name, password (only its encrypted hash is stored), listing details and images, and orders.

Organisations in the directory: professional contact details from public sources.

Purposes and legal bases

Running and securing the site: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

Managing accounts, listings and orders: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

Keeping accounting records: legal obligation (GDPR art. 6.1.c).

Publishing professional contacts in the directory: legitimate interest in making services accessible (GDPR art. 6.1.f). You may object.

Retention

Server logs: 14 days. Backups: 14 days.

Accounts and listings: until removal is requested. Orders: as long as tax and commercial law requires.

Recipients

Data is hosted with the site's hosting provider. It is shared with authorities only where the law requires. We do not sell data.

Cookies

We use a single technical cookie, “session”, needed for forms and account sign-in. It is deleted when you close the browser and needs no consent. There is no analytics, third-party advertising or external resource tracking your visit.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object, by writing to the email address above. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
